Our Team at Balance Yoga is dedicated to seeing each individual develop his or her practice. Each instructor has been certified to teach yoga and demonstrates the qualifications necessary to be registered with the Yoga Alliance. This means they have completed comprehensive training in techniques, teaching methodology, anatomy, physiology, yoga philosophy, ethics and lifestyle.
