BEYOND BASICS SERIES**
FOCUS: To familiarize the student with postures of the Primary Series of Astanga Yoga so that they can move on to intermediate level classes. 8 week series.

INTERMEDIATE** to ***
FOCUS: Exploring the first series of Ashtanga yoga. Knowledge of sun salutations and standing postures is assumed.

INTERMEDIATE SERIES** to ***
FOCUS: Break down some of the more complex postures so the student can work toward practicing the full Primary Series of Astanga Yoga. 8 week series.

MYSORE**to****
FOCUS: to deepen student's practice at his/her own pace. Mysore, the self led yoga class is the backbone of ashtanga yoga. It is the most traditional and effective way to learn and practice the ashtanga yoga method.

FULL PRIMARY***
FOCUS:Flow with the breath from posture to posture through the entire first series of ashtanga.

VINYASA FLOW*** to ***
FOCUS:link mind, body and breath as you flow through different postures, creating strength, length and energy.

FOCUS: build strength and stamina through vinyasas, standing postures, balancing postures and more.

FOCUS: Depends upon student level of experience.

CHILDREN'S YOGA
Children's yoga will be offered again in the fall. We will be splitting up the age groups differently and offering it after school.
