Beyond Basics Series
This hour and fifteen minute class is the next stepping stone after the Basics Series. The teacher will break down new postures from the ‘Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga’ each week, enabling students to be more familiar with these postures and move on to intermediate level classes. At the end of the 8 week series students will have learned half of the primary series as well as backbends and the closing sequence.
Next series begins: Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at 7:30PM and Sunday, May 12, 2013 at noon.
