Vinyasa Flow Level II

Class length: typically 75 to 90 minutes
Focus: Introduce and refine the more complex asanas (postures), such as but not limited to: postures from the inversion, balancing, and backbending families.
Pace: many vinyasas, moderate to fast
Level of teacher instruction: Instruction/guidance on more technical/complex asana is offered, as well as earlier “kramas” (stages) of the more complex asana for the less experienced student.
General description of typical class: This class has a very fluid style, almost always with music, and introduces/refines more technical and/or complex asanas, as well as builds students’ strength/stamina through repeated vinyasa.
