Yoga isn’t just a practice, it’s a way of life.

Balance Yoga is proud to partner with the Trini Foundation in supporting the recovery community in Atlanta and surrounding areas. Through the Trini Foundation’s scholarship program, we offer monthly tuition assistance to individuals in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. We understand that when a person first gets sober it is just the beginning of a life-long journey. We are committed to providing the guidance and resources necessary to promote the growth and healing required to maintain a healthy, sober lifestyle.

If you are a scholarship candidate, please email info@trinifoundation.org to apply.

September is National Recovery month and we are partnered with the Trini Foundation which is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the life-changing practice of Ashtanga yoga to those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Flo attended the Trini Foundation Ashtanga and Addiction forum in February and learned how to help provide these tools to those in recovery. Flo has had a first-hand experience witnessing what the Ashtanga practice can do to help achieve and maintain sobriety; it is her ongoing goal to give these tools and methods away as much as possible to those who truly need it. Please join Flo and the Balance Yoga Atlanta community on 9/23 at 4pm at Piedmont Park. We will have a picnic following the class. Feel free to bring a dish to share! We will meet at the bocci ball courts that are close to the parking deck.
