Our Mysore program
Experience the authentic Ashtanga method as taught in Mysore, India. The Mysore program is the heart of the studio, offering students a chance to dive deep into their Ashtanga practice, receiving individual guidance tailored to their body and experience level. Guided by breath, each student progresses, posture by posture, at their own pace while Marsha makes the process approachable, fun, and inspiring.
